We are so excited for you to get to know the In STEPPS Academy team members. Our team is small but mighty, we are made up of an amazing group of people from all different backgrounds and experiences. To kick-off meeting our first team member feature, we will start with Jason Himber a Committee Member since 2019. Get to know Jason Himber!

Meet Jason

Jason currently serves as the CEO of Easy Speech Therapy Center in Palm Desert, CA. Easy Speech is a multidisciplinary therapy company that offers speech, OT, PT, ABA, and psychotherapy to children and adults throughout Riverside and San Bernardino. Prior to joining Easy Speech, Jason held various leadership positions with companies such as Yum! Brands, GE Capital and Wells Fargo. Jason’s passion for therapy and helping families affected by autism was ignited when his then 3-year old daughter (now 6) was diagnosed with autism. Since that time, Jason’s passion for helping autistic children and adults has only grown, and loves having the opportunity to serve his community each and every day. Outside of work, Jason loves to spend time with his wife and kids (two girls and a baby boy)!

Why Jason choose to be a part of In STEPPS Academy

In STEPPS Academy fills a GAPING hole in the marketplace. There are tons of schools out there that focus on ADHD and Dyslexia, but virtually NONE that focus on supporting children with autism. I truly believe that the staff at In STEPPS are world-class and that their passion and commitment are unmatched by anyone. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to be associated with this organization.
