Our Class Reinforcement System is a Fish!

In the Academy we differentiate learning for all the students and of course our reinforcement system is no different! Each student has the opportunity to earn 5 tokens per day, but what they earn the token for is tailored to the student. Some are only working to be flexible, some work on flexibility and listening to first time directives, while others are increasing attending to a specific activity. If all students earn their 5 tokens in a school day, then a class bubble is earned! The students are aware that they need to succeed as a group and they will help each other succeed! When all the bubbles have been earned the class has a party! Sometimes we have a pizza party, other times we do ice cream! Our guppies know how to swim to a party!
