Welcome Carly Medina, Our New Academy Teacher!
May 8, 2023
We are thrilled to introduce our newest academy teacher, Carly Medina! Carly was born and raised in Mission Viejo, California, and after completing high school, she continued her passion for softball by playing at the college level. After finishing her undergraduate degree in elementary education at Cal State San Bernardino, she pursued her teaching credentials at William Penn University. She holds three teaching credentials in elementary education, elementary mild/moderate k-8, and a reading credential k-8.
Carly’s teaching journey started a family with her husband. She taught a variety of grades but has a special love for students with disabilities. When she isn’t teaching, she loves spending time with her three children at the beach, playing sports, or going to the movies.
She is incredibly passionate about her work as an educator and is excited to join our team at In-Stepps Academy. She is dedicated to helping her students grow and thrive in a safe and supportive learning environment. Her favorite things to do include playing softball, going to the beach, visiting Disneyland, and attending sporting events. We are confident that her positive energy and enthusiasm will be a valuable asset to our school community, and we can’t wait to see her make a difference in the lives of our students.
Welcome to the academy, Carly!
